Return, Missing & Damaged Items

✅ Returns & Exchanges

If you’re not completely satisfied with your item — for any reason — you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

🚚 Missing or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, or if something is missing from your order, please contact us at Cambstechelp@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll resolve the issue promptly with a replacement, refund, or missing item dispatch.

🔁 How Returns Work

  • If you're returning an item due to personal preference or customer error (e.g. wrong item ordered, changed mind), you will need to cover the cost of the return shipping label.

  • If you're returning an item due to it being damaged on arrival or faulty, we will provide a free return label at no cost to you.

Once the item has been returned and received, we will inspect it within 48 working hours. If everything is in order, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
