Once your order is processed and dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Simply click the link to view the real-time status of your delivery.

🚚 Tracking Availability

• Orders under 25kg:
  Tracking is available on most smaller items, including consumer electronics and small kitchen appliances.

• Heavy Appliances (Over 25kg):
  Due to courier limitations, tracking may not be available for larger items like washing machines, fridges, etc. In such cases, we’ll provide a delivery window and updates via email or SMS.

⏱ When Will My Tracking Info Be Available?

Tracking details are usually provided within 24 hours after your order has been dispatched. If you haven’t received your tracking email, check your spam/junk folder or contact us directly.
